The gun traverser was developed for printing data matrix codes onto large components in the Aerospace industry, but has applications in other industries where a portable print head is required. The gun traverser is both lightweight and ergonomic, the electric axis has a fixed stroke and maximum print length of 70mm, cycle time is 4 seconds. The traverser consists of three parts, the axis, a control box which mounts on the side of a Domino A100/200/300 cabinet and a stand for supporting the gun when not in use.
The current model is the second generation Gun traverser. The new model benefits from a powder coated cast alumium single piece handle and main body for greater durability and better appearance.
