Our wide range of standard products will contain a solution to most typical applications, however there are some applications where a custom solution wil be required.  Custom solutions are most commonly required for applications where there is a very fast cycle time or unusual installation requirements. Some custom units are based on standard units, for example adding additional printheads, while others are bespoke sollutions.

MULTI-HEAD SYSTEMS
Multiple printheads can be installed on a traverser to meet demanding cycle time requirements.
There are two different configurations possible:

IN-LINE: Multiple printheads are mounted on the trraverser in line with the axis and linked together.  This allows demanding cycle time requirements to be met by shortening the length of move that the traverser has to make.

PARALLEL: multiple printheads are mounted to the traverser in-line with line movement.  This allows multiple rows of product to be printed at the same time where the host machine indexes more than 1 row at a time.
